I had to clear out some of my dash because there was too much body shaming and thinspo or claiming to be healthy and they wind up being art blogs or pictures of unhealthy food.. I need some good, healthy blogs to follow!

Today

For Breakfast: 1 small banana and a granola bar with 6 oz of OJ and a LARGE coffee!!

Plans for lunch: salad, and a boiled egg with LIGHT ranch… I forgot my light italian at home… :( OH, and a small apple.

Plans for an afternoon snack some unbuttered popcorn (someone brought a HUGE thing of it to work—-YUM!!)

Plans for dinner: blackened tilipia and a salad

Plans for exercise: walk/jog when I get home, exercise ball and ZUMBA!!
